This last week saw our non-furloughed staff making preparations to welcome back higher volumes of customers to our physical premises. We had previously been operating a 'call and collect' service while our counter area was closed. Website orders have been largely unaffected but a smaller team has been managing to keep hitting our 'same day despatch' promise every day so far.

Perspex screens have now been installed for the counter collection area to prevent droplet transfer between staff and customers. Several anti-bac hand sanitizer stations have been placed in convenient positions for both staff and customers. More PPE has been distributed to staff and areas have been clearly marked to facilitate easy social distancing within the building. Signage with the new safety rules has been prominently displayed throughout.
