The Vent Axia VA100SVXH12 has a thermo-electric shutter and is complete with remote wall mounted transformer.
It has an integral humidity sensor with a pullcord override and a neon which operates on the manual override only.
The unit complies with Building Regulations relating to Bathrooms and WCs, is designed in a white finish and incorporates a Standard Thermal Overload Protection (S.T.O.P.) and is suitable for ambient temperatures up to +40 degrees centigrade.
The fan is IPX7 rated and is controlled by a mains safety isolating IP44 transformer unit with SELV output which is located our of reach of anyone using the bath or shower and away from the spray area.
