Bespoke Designs (Refundable against final order)
Available with your provided drawings of the property, designs are priced at £199.98 + VAT. This fee is typically sufficient for most standard designs, including average-sized homes and straightforward layouts. However, for larger properties, complex floor plans, challenging ducting scenarios around structural elements, or re-designs, additional design time may be required. These charges will be deducted from your final order.
