Xpelair LV100 12 Volt 100mm Single Speed Axial Extract Fan
The LV100 gives complete peace of mind whether you are showering or enjoying bathtime with the kids with water being splashed everywhere. This fan is a 4 inch (100mm) standard fan that is 12V Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV).
With the SELV transformer being located outside the reach of any person using the shower or bath, the fan has been specifically designed to be installed directly over the splash area, zone 1, with total safety.
The unit is supplied with a universal mounting kit making it suitable for wall, ceiling or window mounting (in single glazing up to 6mm) applications. The kit includes an air operated backdraught shutter.
All models are supplied with a 12V SELV transformer.
The LV100 conforms to Building Regulations relating to mechanical ventilation for toilets and bathrooms.
