Vent-Axia Silent Extractor Fan VASF100T with Over Run Timer
As well as looking great, performing well and being the quietest bathroom fan on the market, the VASF100T complies fully with current Building Regulations.
This model comes complete with an integral over-run timer function that allows the fan to keep ventilating the room for a time after you have left. This time is adjustable from between 5-30 minutes, depending on your preference (Not that you need to worry about this fan waking you up in the middle of night anyway).

Fitting Requirements:
Wall - Any 100mm wall liner/ducting required and external grille or Vent Axia 254102 (white) or 254100 (brown) wall kits.
Window (Single or sealed double glazed) - requires Vent Axia 442947 window kit.
Panel/Ceiling - Any 100mm ducting and grille to suit.
