The Spoola is uniquely suited to operate both as a simple carrying device and as a stable cable dispenser for electricians and communication cable linesmen. At 2.8kg., it is sturdy but light to carry, and it can hold up to 50kg. Weight of cable reels complete with cables. As a dispenser, it is easy to set up, and for the busy electrician/ linesman it acts as a "third hand".
