Overseas Customers:
We now offer flat rate shipping costs to many countries. You can check your rate by adding any items to your shopping cart, then view the cart and then select your country from the drop down menu and click update. Most EC countries are now included. Please feel free to contact us if you would prefer a manual quote.
Same Day Despatch On In-Stock Items:
We despatch in-stock items on the same working day when they are ordered before 12 Noon GMT. You can always contact us after this time to see if its still possible - we are keen to help where we can. If you need a timed delivery service (Before Noon, 10am, 9am and Saturdays etc) - then please contact us directly for a price.
If You Have A Deadline:
Out of stock items can take up to 3-5 working days to deliver, we will notify you if they are likely to take any longer than this. If you have a deadline then please feel free to contact us by email, phone or fax - we can usually meet it!
Fast and Secure:
Most goods are despatched via traceable and insured carriers on a 1-3 days service (85% are delivered next day). Some smaller items may be despatched via 1st class post (We limit this during times of Royal Mail industrial action).
Domestic Addresses: Our carriers deliver between 7.30am and 9.00pm. If you are not in when the carrier arrives, they will leave a card and attempt re-delivery the next day. After a total of 3 delivery attempts the parcel will be held at the local depot for a time to allow you to collect.
Business Addressses: Our carrier will attempt delivery on a working day during normal business hours. If there is no-one to sign for the delivery, a card will be left and the parcel taken to the local depot for collection within one week. Further re-deliveries to business addresses may attract a re-delivery charge.
Financial Information:
We do not hold any of your financial information on our system.
Returns:
If you believe an item to be faulty - We want to resolve this situation in the quickest way possible for you. Please in the first instance follow the manufacturers instructions closely as they often offer on-site help to rectify any installation issues. We find that over half of the items reported to be faulty have actually not been installed correctly and often a phone call to the manufacturer helps point the client in the right direction to rectify the mistake and get the item up and running without the need for the delay and cost involved in returns. Your items are covered by a minimum of 1 years guarantee and many items have additional manufacturers extended guarantees.
Non faulty returns - If you are not happy with your unused purchase for ANY reason then you can return it within 30 days in re-saleable condition for a prompt refund. Some specially ordered items may attract a re-stocking charge passed on from the manufacturer, although this is not common.
Damaged Parcels - We use the best couriers available so this is unusual. Please ensure sure that you sign 'damaged' any parcels with obvious signs of tearing or denting. Please notify us within 24 hours if there are any items that are missing or damaged from your delivery.
